Stylin’ Homes was created in a mudroom closet with big dreams and the need for a creative outlet.

Kristin Bax

As the co-owner of Montgomery Homes, Kristin wore many different hats; secretary/ treasurer, design consultant, decorator, creator and office supervisor, not to mention, mom, wife and superhero. Always having a passion for design and décor, Kristin had a mid-life crisis that prompted the beginning of a creative outlet; Stylin’ Homes.

Assisting customers with interior and exterior selections of their homes and designing the homes they built, Kristin’s many years of experience in residential building, design and her passion propelled her to start a new division of Montgomery Homes, and thus; Stylin’ Homes was born.

Cassy Reid Bax

With a passion for ‘pretty things’ growing up being dragged along to suppliers and jobsites, continuous dinner conversations about ‘foundation pours, truss deliveries and building code issues’, there was no question building and design became an everyday part of Cassy’s life.

Inspired, maybe a little mislead and confused, Cassy enrolled in Interior Design at Georgian College. Upon graduating, Cassy worked in different specialized fields focused around certain aspects of interior design. Feeling like she wasn’t doing enough and loving the complete design process, she jumped ship and helped to establish Stylin’ Homes. As an integral part of the team, and a trained designer, Cassy has a lot to offer and many visions to bring to the table.
